Paul's career spans film, TV, video games, animation, VFX and more. He's worked alongside Disney, Pixar, Marvel, 20th Century Fox, Universal, Amazon MGM, Paramount, Netflix, BBC Studios, Channel 4, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and LucasArts. He's worked with intellectual property that includes Star Wars, Alien(s), Predator, Dr. Who, Judge Dredd, Love Death & Robots, Horizon: Zero Dawn. Magic: The Gathering, League of Legends and Halo. Starting out as a creative, he's since specialized in leadership roles as MD, COO, General Manager and Head of Production. His first love is cinematic storytelling but career-wise it's been technology all the way in some form. However for Paul it's not about the tech, it's all about the people you work with along the way. He's as happy talking to clients and running shows as steering organizations. As far as Paul sees it you can't step too far away from the work in this business otherwise you forget why you're here.
